APCO LLC has expert personnel capable of performing Oil and Gas reservoir evaluations in known and complex geological systems located within the continental United States and in specific international provinces. APCO LLC’s team has worked in many of the oil and gas producing areas located within the lower 48 states and in many of the hydrocarbon producing areas in Latin America. We have extensive experience (more than 25 years) working and acquiring properties located in the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico, the Eastern Shelf of West Texas, the Delaware Basin, and the Mid-Continent region of the US. Our focus is to competitively acquire properties in these areas by researching, evaluating, exploiting and operating these properties in an efficient, time driven and competent manner.
In Latin America, our experience includes reservoir characterization, development of static and dynamic models of reservoirs and formations located in South America including Argentina (Vaca Muerta), Ecuador (Sacha, Shushufindi, Kamana), Colombia (Magdalena Valley, Casabe), Peru (onshore and offshore Talara Basin) and Campo Porto do Mel in Brazil. These studies typically involve working hands on with the state-owned oil companies such as Petrobras (Brazil), Ecopetrol (Colombia), Petroamazonas (Ecuador), PEMEX (Mexico) and Capex S.A. (Argentina). They are the operators of record.
